The two exhibitions entitled a moment's eternity & Future Déjà Vu, celebrates HASHI's internationally acclaimed signature photographic technique and also introduces a new direction for this New York-based artist.

The dual exhibition provides a welcome opportunity for many to experience both the well-known signature work of HASHI, a highly respected commercial photographer since the 1970s, and his most recent fine art project. Both paths have been fulfillments of his philosophy, “to live with photography and keep up with new challenges.”

The overall exhibition consists of two parts: a moment's eternity displays about 40 works that exemplify HASHI's mastery of the technique he calls “Action Still Life”. “Action Still Life” allows the photographer to capture life at a 100,000th of a second, opening up new worlds for viewers, and led to his renown within the advertising industry. Revealing his virtuosity and highly honed innate curiosity, Future Future Déjà Vu contains about 60 art pieces—the products of years of experimentation in a completely new direction. They embody a printing process he calls HASHIGRAPHY—a method unique in terms of its mood, theme, and execution. It is the result of HASHI imagining how people in the year 3000 will see artworks that he have been created within his own lifetime.

Time is the binding motif of HASHI's work and of the dual exhibition. However, the exhibition will show something that HASHI hopes to communicate beyond that concept—and that is HASHI's ultimate trajectory.
